Coming from an enormous, tight knit Indian family and community, I’ve attended many weddings and events in my lifetime. I realized these events would create lifelong bonds, everlasting memories and an energized environment that I could not get enough of.

Planning events and coordinating weddings always give me such an adrenaline rush. It allows me to utilize my talents of staying organized and creating timelines to make sure the couple's needs are met.

My number one goal is to keep you at ease during the entire planning process. My greatest joy and satisfaction is working one-on-one with you and seeing you smiling and enjoying the most special day of your life with family and friends. I am looking forward to meeting you, creating memories that will last a lifetime, and making sure your special day goes off without a hitch!

Alena Thomas was our reception coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! Her attention to the fine details made us confident that everything was taken care! She looks after her clients like family and truly wants the couple to enjoy their day without any worries.

She was the coordinator of our rehearsal the night before our wedding and ensured everyone from parents, bridal party, and priest were all on the same page, while still respecting the bride and groom’s wishes.
